1:1 consultations discussing & pinpointing your unique gut health needs. As someone who also suffers with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and has a family history of gut health issues, I understand how difficult and miserable this can make your day to day living.
We can work together to pinpoint your unique triggers, whether that is from food and/or stress and discover ways of living which will help improve your symptoms to help you live a happier life.

I have experience as a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor with software to build you your unique training plan, whether that is in the gym or at home. Dependent on your goals we can tailor this for muscle gain, weight loss or simply to be a fitter, healthier version of yourself.
My own fitness journey started at 8 years of age as a gymnast. Since then I have developed my muscle mass weight lifting and cross-training. Now, I have started my personal venture as a triathlete - opening up a whole new training structure to build up my cardio aerobic fitness.
I also offer 1hr face-to-face sessions at Pure Gym in West Byfleet.
Sports Performance Nutrition
1:1 consultations & analysis of both your diet & fitness habits to develop a way of eating which is tailored to enhance your performance.
I have personal interest and experience in Sports Nutrition, regularly improving my knowledge through research and accredited online courses. I understand how endurance athletes need very specific carbohydrate intakes & sometimes incredibly high calorie needs. This differs greatly from a person who loves to build muscle in the gym who will need much fewer carbs and a protein dense diet.
