Baked Feta Past (Ve)

This 2021 Tik Tok trend was a good one and is still a common feature in my dinner time rotations. The Violife Greek Style is the perfect vegan alternative for those looking for a non-dairy cheese option.

It is creamy, salty & so moreish - you will keep wanting more!

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

  • 200g block vegan feta

  • 250g vine ripe tomatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • healthy drizzle of olive oil

  • chilli flakes

  • 300g pasta shapes

  • chopped spinach

  • salt and pepper

  • sprinkle of hemp seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Add feta, tomatoes, garlic, oil and chilli flakes to an ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile cook your pasta according to instructions.

  3. Remove dish from the oven, stir in drained pasta & season well before serving.
